The first step in our process involves connecting with your business to see what you are all about. There are both structured formal and informal options in meeting this objective. We conduct either phone or in-person interviews, depending on your preference, to fully gage your business' needs. In addition, if you prefer you may also opt for a more informal tour of your business or other sit-down meetings if you believe this would facilitate our understanding of your operations.

During this first step we will do our pre-planning for your project and the major brainstorming required to get the ball rolling. This is basically an opportunity for us to just sit back and listen to what you desire first and foremost.
